My fiancee and I came here to get, what we hoped, would be a good cup of coffee while out on our road trip. What we got tasted just like the crappy hotel coffee that my fiancee threw out earlier this morning. Aside from the bad taste they were also out of many important items such as mocha, soymilk, sleeves for the hot beverages, and cookies. This entirely changed our order as anything we came in wanting to get they were out of. The one thing we are grateful for? We get to go back to Georgia where the Starbucks are managed properly.

I had Starbucks for the first time ever and to me it was mediocre. The drive through time was not bad and the service was pleasant. I ordered a Frappuccino and while it was not an awful taste it was very bland. I could barely taste the presence of coffee. Almost like there was too much ice because it was very watery tasting. To be honest I would rather sit in the long waiting drive thru and pay for a Frappe from McDonalds before I would buy another from Starbucks. To me its not worth all the hype everyone makes it out to be.

This place is unlike any Starbucks I have been to. I stop here on my trips to Cincinnati so I have far passed the one bad experience option, and I find it always backed up, slow and very unhappy / somewhat rude employees. But did find this morning using the App to order and run in to just pick up much more pleasurable. So I will be stopping elsewhere and will suggest using app if you need to stop at this location. I only give 2 stars cause of the App option.

Im so tired of baristas/servers who have a flat affect . and who dont know how to make or serve your coffee and always say, "Im new here." Perhaps, more thorough training is in order. Also, when I ask for a refill, and its an iced coffee, how about adding ice. Im so disappointed that the starbucks where I live has gone downhill.

This was easily the worst coffee I have ever had. I could make a better tasting coffee in my kitchen using nothing more than water, a paper clip, and the Spanish dictionary. Dont go here unless you like to drink sewage. Theres a place on Main Street called Lock and Key. Great place. Go there.

Love this Starbucks! I go everyday and the staff are awesome!!! Most of the staff know my drink by heart and get it right 95% of the time. Clean store and friendly quick service, what more could you ask for as a customer!!!!

I love the Georgetown Starbucks, everyone is really nice and fix any issues you may have without fuss. They are very quick and the store is very clean. The parking lot is a bit small which is my only critique.

This is the only Starbucks Ive been to that has always given the best service and not one bad drink to complain about. The lines get long quick but the coffee is worth it!

The worst starbucks Ive ever been to. The coffee tasted old. The floor was dirty and had to get my drink remade because they forgot the pumpkin in my latte. Dont go here.
