Visited today. Customer service was horrible by one individual. The only dark haired male that works the cash register. He is a racist and has no problem letting African Americans know that your business is not welcome or wanted. Hes very nasty to customers. I have been going there since the summer of 2016 and each time Ive visited and took my young son, he was very pushy, rushed me and my son out of the ice cream shop and just rude. I cannot believe the owners allow this person to represent their place of business. When asked to speak to a manager in regards to his behavior, none is ever available. I only continued to patronize them because the other staff is great and I dont think all of them should be judged by his behavior. I will research the owners and write a complaint but for now Im posting this review.

Overpriced and undersized. My girlfriend and I paid over $15 for two "love it" ice creams with two mix-ins each (which doesnt even add up to begin with, even with the cost of 2 waffle cones) and they were smaller than any "like it" sized ice cream that Ive ever gotten from any Cold Stone. Beyond that, my girlfriends ice cream literally wasnt even mixed up; her toppings were in the center of her ice cream that was folded over once and then put into a cone. I love Cold Stone, and I love leaving good reviews, but this was the sorriest ice cream experience that Ive ever paid for... and I eat McDonalds ice cream. Oh, and the waffle cones were terrible. Do yourself a favor and go on a diet instead of visiting this location -- youll enjoy it more.

Its good but its expensive and not really worth it. Youre better off buying a carton of ice cream and a couple bags of candies to mix in yourself.
