DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Very poor service, Sue the cashier was very unfriendly and racist. She greeted people differently and this was noticed right away upon entering the store. She even miscalculated the order and shrugged at a few requests I had. I would NOT enter this place. There are many other shops that were more friendlier and provided better service than this. WILL NEVER BE SUPPORTING THIS LOCATION ever again. Very poor customer service! Not even 1 stars service!

This place is awesome, it brings back some childhood memories. There was a Sanders in our neighborhood, one block away. I remember visiting there, most of the time just to look around and if I was lucky, one of the bakers would give me a piece of chocolate. To a child it was a dream, a very awesome dream. Now, I bring my grandkids here to make memories.

Stopped in really excited about enjoying a childhood favorite and was Absolutely undone with the rude service. Maybe thats why they had a Now Hiring sign posted. Truly even the manager seemed to be having a bad day. We all have bad days, but a Customers experience should ALWAYS be great!!! If you want good service youll have to drive to Rochester.

Fabulous hot fudge ice cream puffs! Great old school ice cream parlor. Passing the tradition of getting a hot fudge cream puff after school clothes shopping with my children that my mother did with me and her mother before her. Love it!

Love their colonial birthday cakes, I wish they made them in chocolate, but the vanilla is so good my family likes its , and it doesnt matter if it is not chocolate. Candy boxes have Nice packaging for gifts too.

The girl waiting on is was extremely rude and unpleasant. Not only did we gave horrible service, but my ice cream had a weird texture. I ended up just trashing it. I recommend going anywhere, but here.

This place is a Detroit tradition. The chocolates and cakes are delicious and use quality ingredients with time tested success. Get the hot fudge ice cream puff, you wont be disappointed.
