I entered the store for the first time to experience their Bday special for 1.99 20oz special that theyve been advertising for weeks. The store was empty except for a couple in front of me. I waited for approx. 8 minutes before the cashier completed their transaction. When it was my turn I was asked what I wanted. I asked for the item that was advertised on the poster for a the $1.99. I ordered 2 more drinks in addition. Each time the cashier asked me what size, I said whatever size is for $1.99. She took approx. 5 mins. to ring 3 items up. I then paid and waited for my drinks. Then I realized the cashier overcharged me. I brought this to the attention of the persons making the drinks. She informed me that there were extra add-ons cost. That I was unaware of, even the item advertised in the poster was not available for the $1.99 price. Frustrated with this I asked for a full refund which took approx. another 5 minutes. Keep in mind each item I ordered, I asked if it was $1.99 and was informed that it was. I left the store and will not return. I have worked in customer service for over 30 years so it would take a lot for me to leave a negative review. I dont know how much business this place does but it always seems to be empty when I drive by, now I know why. I even attempted to call their headquarters and after several rings no answer and finally an answer machine for customer service. They asked me to leave a message which I did and an 7 days later still no call back. It seems poor customer service there also.T hey are building a new Starbucks a half mile down the road. I have never had a problem with Starbucks, or at least something that couldnt be resolved quickly by their excellent customer service. Starbucks will continue to receive my business.

Ive never been to Biggby before and I loved the service! The employees were so friendly and took the time to actually talk to me about my day! They were sure to tell me about the different promotions and how to get coupons and earn rewards! I will be sure to go to Biggby for my morning coffee!

Friendly staff failed to remove specials from special board so after waiting far too long behind only one other customer, I still didnt get what I wanted. Consistently slow service at (any) Biggby seems to be the norm.

My daughter and I love this place, the coffee is outstanding no matter if its hot or cold you cant go wrong, the service is awesome always smiles and hellos. Sit enjoy your coffee and free WiFi an awesome place.

The coffee is consistently ok. Nothing wrong with it, but its overpriced for what you get. If you love flavorings, this is your place, but coffee loves should spend money elsewhere.
