On Memorial Day weekend, I ordered some coffee. I decided to put some cream iny coffee. I went to the area where they had the cream pitchers. It was around 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. The first pitcher was empty. I should have known right then. The second pitcher had a tiny amount in it and I poured it in to my coffee. After drinking it, within fifteen minutes I became dizzy and nauseated. The symptoms persisted well in to the night with very severe cramping. I went to the doctor the next day and she diagnosed that the milk/cream was sour and that I contracted food poisoning from the spoiled milk /cream. It took seven days to recover. I called the establishment to inform them what happened and they showed no concern and they never called back. Eat or drink there at your own risk; I for one never want to feel the way I did that weekend ever again.

The food and coffee is good but the woman who served it is so rude, from the split second we walked in. She has glasses, short blonde pixy hair cut and a tattoo sentence across her chest. Im not sure of her name though. Any question you asked her she acted like it was an inconvenience to answer. We got a crepe and the cheese was all cold so we asked her to re heat it and she got mad at us for asking. Why is that something to get mad at? Then she refused to talk to us. It was soooo weird and childish. Customer service level is a ZERO. The vibe here is so chill and relaxed so youd kinda hope the employees with be on same page but her attitude just kinda killed it. Sad but true. Anyway I hope my next experience will be better. Hopefully she wont be working next time I come in..

The Coffee Bean is a very solid establishment for the most part, and I only have one complaint with it. It is a charming venue, very clean, very distinct, with a wide variety of reasonably priced menu items up for selection that are well-prepared by the friendly staff. Honestly, its practically perfect for all intents and purposes. Theres this one barista with a blonde undercut who has on multiple occasions been condescending to both myself and a handful of my acquaintances without provocation. I would probably steer clear of ordering anything if I saw her working the counter, but all of the other staff has proven very friendly and has kept me coming back. EDIT: blonde barista is nice now. :)

Very Rude Service. This place used to be a very comfortable place to drink coffee and work. However, one of the new employees there is making the place very uncomfortable. He is a skinny kid with scruff who likes to wear Oxford t-shirts. He is very very very rude. He never smiles. It seems like he thinks of something off-putting to say whenever I go in there. It seems like no matter how often I patronize this place and be friendly to the guy he is very off putting and gives all the customers dirty looks. He obviously hates his job and ought to find a new one rather than ruin the cafe experience. Any of us could very easily walk to the Starbucks down the street instead.

Nice quaint place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. My husband enjoyed a huge cinnamon roll and I had a delicious savory petite crepe. Went on a Sunday morning so it was nice and quiet so you can have a conversation. Plenty of space to sit and the people serving were so nice and helpful. The coffee was a little on the weak side for me so I plan on getting a shot of espresso in my cup next time. Are you tired of going to Starbucks and want to change it up? This is a wonderful coffee shop I recommend to all I have a great experience with every visit. :-)

The Plymouth Coffee Bean is one of the best spots in the area, and serves fantastic coffee as well as a large variety of specialty drinks. They have an eclectic atmosphere, featuring local artwork and local musicians (open mike night Mondays), as well as a crepe station and shelves with open-to-the-public games, books, and guitars. The only downside is that space is limited and it can get crowded inside; its best to visit in the summer, when there is ample outdoor seating in the front and back of the building.

Coffee is not bad. But their baristas are not very well trained for a artisan coffee house. And worst of it all, they advertise to close at midnight on weekend but i have been kicked out of there 3 straight saturdays at 11: 30. If they want to close early, why not change their hours. I did call and complain to the manager but his response was "we close early if there arent enough custmers. How awful. I will find another place to go.

Stopped here for coffee about a week ago. My husband and I really loved the atmosphere. My cortado was excellent! Not every barista knows what a cortado is (weve been to several coffee shops who have no clue), so I was happy when they didnt even have to ask me what it was. My husbands latte was equally as good. The baristas were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cute little coffee shop!

Unbelievably slow service for mediocre coffee. Staff seem to suffer from lack of attention span. They were unable to successfully carry out a simple request for a bottle of orange juice - I am still perplexed as to what they thought they understood...if you enjoy paying for frustration then this is the place for you. :(

Do you like coffee shops? Like a real coffee shop that you can sit and enjoy while getting that coffee shop vibe? This is the place. They make a great latte and the multiple rooms to sit offer quiet spaces as well as great spots to catch up with friends. There is a reason it has been open for 20+ years!

Coffee bean has good food (including fresh crepes) and an extensive coffee menu for everything from basic self serve flavors to fancy mochas and such. Nice indoor seating with couches and tables (pretty sure theres a fireplace), but I prefer to sit outside at their patio and enjoy Downtown Plymouth.

I LOVE this coffee shop! Its such a unique and artsy experience and their inside seating is full of various couches and chairs. Feels like a cozy little coffee nook. And the outdoor area is great for morning cups of Joe! One of my absolute favorite coffee shops!

Great gluten free crepes and hot drinks but the service at the register is not always stellar. They have two employees usually but only one is making drinks. The other stands by the register chatting with customers. Could be faster and less opinionated.

PCBC is a cozy cafe in a beautiful old house. The space is very artsy, and there is a stage for performances in the evening. Of course they serve coffee, but also tea, cookies, muffins and other baked goods, sandwiches, and made-to-order crepes.

Great for what it is! The cookies are a great value! Coffee was good, baked goods were great! Air pot coffee house w/eclectic vibe. Great seating area out front to talk or work on a laptop. A neat little gem. The whole town is great too :)
