The employees are really friendly and the drinks are good. However the staff are way too loud here, it is rather unnerving when youre concentrating on something and then the sound of the metal lid that covers the ice bin slams open (sounds like taking a metal cafeteria tray and smacking a metal table full force). Then from 8-10pm the sounds of closing the store are even worse. More than once Ive had to leave over this and now just typically visit the drive through or drive to Ann Arbor to do work at a coffee shop.

Starbucks in general is pretty much the same all around. But this location is just so so slow. It is a very new Starbucks which could be the problem. I originally thought that it was just mobile orders were slow because the ticket machine is located behind the baristas and difficult to see. But they were just as slow when I walked in to order... growing pains maybe, be prepared to wait.

I enjoy spending time at this location. Great staff and most patrons are nice. No complaints from me, only complements. If there is ever a need to share constructive criticism; I feel comfortable to contact the Manager as she is open and receptive. Keep up the Great work.

Its big NO to this place if you want to sit and read something. Feels like you are just close to North Pole. Its freezing there always. Its not the first time I have noticed it and no one cares I think. Even the cheap coffee places have heat turned on !
