Im a big Biggbys fan and longtime super-regular in East Lansing. I was in Warren for a conference and stopped at this store for the first time. I was finally going to get my morning cappuccino at the end of the day. It was around 5pm. I asked the barrista if she knew how to make a dry cap, and she said she thought she could. But she handed off the order to a male barrista. He put it on the counter and said cappuccino. I picked it up and it was full of milk. It was more like a latte. I put it back down and said, Not even close. His response was whats with your attitude? I replied I was the customer and he was the barrista. (Im also about 40 years older than this person.) And I told him to forget making another one and asked for my money back from the female barrista who was at the register. I did eat my muffin sitting at a table, and thought he might apologize during the 10 minutes I sat there (but certainly didnt expect him to, given his overall arrogant demeanor). This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had in a service situation . Needless to say, I wont go back.

The staff was rude after not listening to my order fully. I asked for no who on both of my drinks, they both came with whip, which was easily scooped off. They hung out rather than taking care of my food order, which was a roared bagel with extra cream cheese. When I finally did get the food, and asked for my extra cream cheese, the young lady rolled her eyes and then informed me, "we usually charge 60 cents for these." I know thats why I asked for it when I placed my order. Boo!

Had the worst service. We ordered 2 drinks and waited in the drive thru while the employees had a conversation. My daughters drink was done and sitting in the blender, while mine was nothing but a black iced coffee. We received a very unapologetic sorry for the wait. Well we are sorry we interrupted their day.

I have tried ordering a ham and cheese bagel about 5 times in the last two weeks but the toaster is broken. This is unacceptable. Management should go buy a 15 dollar toaster from across the street while waiting for the corporate toaster to be replaced. Im going to start going to Tim Hortons instead.

4 customers in the drive thru waiting. 4 of us customers inside waiting. Only 1 out of 4 employees working. 3 in the back room. Waiting 10 minutes now. Latte still not even made yet. Guy with Blue hair hiding in back on phone. Lots of laughter back there. Not happy out front.

Excellent coffee and great study area. They also have a fresh ice cream spot in the back which is awesome! Only downside was the bee that somehow snuck in. Prices for coffee can be a bit high.

My friend had a butterscotch mocha in another Biggby and it was superb. I ordered the same drink here and it was nowhere near the taste of the other Biggbys drink.

I love this Biggby location. Its my preferred place to study because I can be there for hours but still feel relaxed. Of course Biggby coffee is the best.

Superb service and genuinely friendly! Coffee is fabulous and the toasted cinnamon vanilla bagel is delicious. Hope Keri is there to wait on you!
