I usually like to come here for the toys, they have them pretty cheap for when I donate for the kids. But today the staff was pretty rude with me, when I chose out toys that were not supposed to be in there in the first place. I chose those toys because a worker had placed them into the bin while I was digging out toys for the kids for valentines tomorrow, so I had grabbbed them up. Being in the designated bin (I went no where else in the store mind you) and the workers putting them in there, you would think that it would be part of the toy deal they have. But when I got to the register I was met with attitude because two of the toys didnt belong. I explained that someone threw them in, and they should be a part of the deal. Needless to say I had to choose two more toys to replace those ones, instead of them letting it go and just reprimand the worker. But the attitude I got was uncalled for on it. There is more that went on, but will save that for my article. Will post in review the link when I am finished if interested...

I literally just left the salvation army in taylor 20 minutes ago and left out feeling like a million bucks dye to the great customer service and great deals. I came into this location expecting the same and boy was I dissappointed. No friendly smiles no good customer service and no acknowledgement. The prices were double the prices at the taylor location so I expected maybe I could get the items for the same price range and they looked at me like a fool. Worst experience ever I feel like someone rained on my parade.

This is the nicest Salvation Army/ Thrift Store Ive ever been to. The clothing is so well organized, it makes shopping there a quick and enjoyable experience, and the prices are decent to! A++++

This stuff is all donated..I think they forget that. Seen a woman that clearly needed pants and the cashier haggling with the cost. Just sell it for what they thaught it was worth geez

my favorite S A. today I saw a 6 piece black butter soft sectional for $300. (leather) in perfect condition. I bet its worth 2 to 3 thousand dollars, or more.
