I went in knowing next to nothing about cigars. I told the man behind the counter that I wanted to get a cigar case/humidor started. I told him my price range and asked for suggestions. He was extremely helpful and I walked out with a nice little cigar box (10 full stick capacity), 7 moderately priced quality cigars (I checked cigar advisor) and a double guillotine style cigar cutter for $50. This guy knows his stuff and I will definitely be back.

Called today to inquire about services offered. The male on the phone did not seem to understand Michigan law regarding cigar bars and alcohol. He actually tried to tell me it was illegal to drink and smoke. I will not be visiting this cigar shop anytime soon, as I could simply wander up to Grand Rapids to have a good scotch with my cigar. Did not appreciate the lack of professionalism when handling phone inquiries.

Went there to have a lighter looked at after I called and was told to come on down. Couldnt get the lighter fixed but the nicest guy behind the counter. Very helpful will be going back again

Dan is a very helpful guy. I have been developing an interest in cigars over the past year or so. Gives off that good guy vibe. I would recommend this shop to anyone.
