Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I took my 2012 8hp mercury to them. Told me they fixed the carb and put new fuel lines on first time...lies. Not to mention they never called me to verify the work, I just got a message on my phone saying the boat was done and I owed them about $250, then I got stranded out on the lake the next day. It was almost like they didnt think I would check their work. Took it back a second time, called them out and they "fixed" it for me again, this time they actually changed the lines, I know this because they left all the old ones laying in the bottom of my boat. Motor still runs like shit, carb is not adjusted correctly at all, doesnt idle for more than 1 minute and they told me it was fixed. It was almost like they thought they could treat me like shit and do a half asses job because I didnt own a 80k bass boat. Well i got a new job and I am looking to buy a new boat. I will gladly give my money to leaders marine or anywhere else. I WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANOTHER DIME. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.

Best fishing store I have ever been to!! Best selection of reels anywhere I have seen. They have reels upwards of $500 that you can actually hold and feel. Bought a Shimano Curado 200 on sale, got it to the truck and realized that the box was open and probably used. Went right back in and it was replaced with a new unopened box. Drove 15 minutes away and realized that I wanted the 70. Got back to the store after the 5:00 close time. Saw the sign said closed but was still allowed to go in and exchange it by the owner, I believe. The salespersons name was Spencer I think. He let me test out the reels I could not afford. (not that he knew that) Thanks Spencer!!! Some advice, advertise your sales. Curados were on sale. Could have saved me a long day of shopping the other area stores. Had what I could not find anywhere else and on sale. Support your local individually owned stores you may find it cheaper. By the way epic record smallmouth Randy!!!! My god that thing is ginormous!!!! You have earned my business. Thank you!!!!

Absolute joke!! took in a e-tec 250 with a lower unit leak/rough high idle. I left a written list of things to be done. They dont even have the software to read the E-tec, oops cant fix it but charged for time looking. Two trolling motors to have checked, rebuild the weakest, keep the best for a spare, call me. Oops, forgot to call, rebuilt both.. Bonus, when taking the trolling motor off the boat rather than unfasten the terminals they just cut the wires. I had to buy ends and repair. While moving my boat they ripped the wireing harness off the trailor, laid it across the tounge and left it. I complained, they "fixed" it, left a gob of wire hanging under the tounge! Quoted time frame "a week to 10 days, called many times will be done in a couple of days, oops, took 6 weeks! Called, boat is done, OOPS, forgot to fix the lower unit!! In 40 years of having services done, I have never even heard of such sloppy crappy work. Dave R.

Went in knowing i was going to most likely order a bow that my 13 year old wanted the guy said he could not do that but sold me a different bow that my son could not even pull back we went to my uncles who said it was dangerous to have a bow that my son could not pull back and asked where the hat was had to go back asked again about ordering the bow and was told it would take to long for it to come in and it was better just to deal with it and he should be able to pull it back in 4 days i just got my free hat and walked out kinda mad spent a lot of money hopefully when i go back after my uncle calls so they will listen to me went back got hassled they did order the bow i wanted after i would not change my mind this will be the only bow i will ever buy from here if i have to drive 200 miles to buy my hoyt i will i just wish they had a 0 rating

My review is directly related to Bob that works here. Called to see if they carried a Taurus pt809 9mm, Bob says they do and have one in stock for $249. Roughly an hour later I called back and again stated I called about the Taurus pt809, he says yes we still have it, so asked him if they can hold it for me, and he says they will. I drove 40+ miles to pick up my new pistol only to find out I was given a price on a pt709 slim. Bob is not here anymore so I dealt with 2 other guys who were very apologetic and helpful. As they are looking through the system to see where the error occurred a women walks up and asks the 2 men if Bob said anything to them about her coming to pick up .45 ammo. Surprise, surprise, they knew nothing about it. Bob you are an absolute moron, thank you for wasting my time and gas.

I come to D&R sports for their gun department. I have always had great service, helpful advice, and walk away knowing I got the best deal. Its not a big retail chain thats out for your money. Theyre local, good hearted people just making a living. My suggestion is to talk to Bob or Steve (but any one of them back there are great, dont get me wrong), they are awesome guys. They know what they are talking about and helped me pick out a few of the gems Ive bought from them. Needless to say, you should be shopping here more often, because you wont find better deals and these guys deserve some more income!! Especially with all the effort they put in to making their selection so diverse and convenient.

I am sad that I have to review a sporting goods store this low. They seem to be interested in the bottom line more than at least attempting to make sure that the customer has a halfway decent experience. I like to think that I was born during the day, but not yesterday, the boat repair prices are what I would say in the ball park but some of their guns and bow products..... What are you guys even doing in guns? There are a few hundred of plain Jane, overpriced, over rated products, I love how much your staff knows about fishing and boating, but you may want to have a crash course on your firearms to make the experience a little more comprehensive in the future.

I just purchased a 2018 Tracker V175 and love it! The folks at D&R made this an excellent experience! Starting with Miles our salesman who was extremely helpful helping us pick all the options on our purchase and always promptly returning all my calls and keeping me informed through out the whole process. Also like to thank Jason the sales manager for working with my bank to make financing our boat a breeze! Lastly Id like to thank Josh our delivery specialist for spending the time to go over the features of our new boat and answering all our questions.
