Will never shop at your stores again. I bought a pair of boots last week because they had the icepick technology. I went home and tried them on. I wanted to make sure they would grip the ice. I wore them outside for five minutes to test them (how else would I have known whether they actually helped or not?). I almost fell on a small patch of ice. I took them to the store to return, and I can only get store credit because you know your products are awful and dont want to lose money. Now I have store credit that I will never use.

I went to the store to shop and make a purchase I never shopped at Northface before. I always bought my cloth from Nordstrom. Any way their employee where not at best knowledge of the product and the manager was not welcoming or even had good customer service. You go to buy at very expensive place something at least you expect to be treated five stars. Anyway I dont think I will shop there again. You guys need to work on smiling in customer faces and be more about the customer.
