Went here black Friday and bought a tool kit for $160 cash. I found a better deal elsewhere and went to return the tool kit a couple days later. I wanted my money back the way I paid but was told that they didnt have enough cash in the store to give me my refund. They could give me a check in 7 days, back to a debit card, or store credit. I was told there was no way to get cash back despite paying with cash. I told the guy this is poor customer service and had it put on my debit card. The guy told me, "Everyone pays with credit now, its the American dream." I told him to wake up.

Ive been to this store numerous times in the past, the last was one month ago. I work for AT&T in Howell. Everyone at my garage refuse to shop there. I keep saying I wont return, this time I mean it. They WILL NOT warranty craftsman tools there. Any return is a nightmare there. They have very little stock on hand. You can get better deals, honest salesman, courteous service and no questions asked at Sears in the 12 Oaks mall in Novi, its only 20 minutes from Howell. Or Briarwood in Ann Arbor, 25 minutes from Howell. And not to mention a lot bigger selection and better prices.

Best place to get washer & dryers, kitchen appliances, lawn mower, nice helpful staff all the time. Also they rent-to-own almost anything with no credit score needed and for a GOOD rate unlike some other leasing places. Ive rent-to-ownd my TV, my bed, and my boyfriends tool cabinet and tools.
