Normally very good, but today... brought my elderly mom in to look for a lampshade, she found one the right size on a high shelf, staff called someone to get it down, then manager Laura appears and says those shades are only for decoration. Cant sell it because it doesnt have a price on it. Well who puts prices on things? Surely the manager has that power. We could not pursued her to let us buy it. So instead of selling something that will put money towards their cause, and more importantly helping out a little old lady (of 85) get something she needs, apparently Dittos and Laura care more about their "decorations". Not nice.

Went to Ditto for the first time today, Walked out with a pair of nice stereo speakers for $12.00 bucks. I thought this was a "consignment store" until I surfed up "Ditto Holland" and learned otherwise. It is amazing that the volunteer staff seem to be paid employees, Very friendly bunch. This store is very clean, organized and well stocked. Quality items, Good prices, Great cause Sad to say it was a better experience than the Salvation Army Store or the Goodwill.

If you want to purchase from an over priced thrift store with rude management, be my guest. Many of the workers are white and always seem to suspect those who are not white to be thieves. Given, they are all mostly older, which might explain their shameless remarks and glares. I will not be going back to that "Christian" establishment anytime soon.

Very interesting place to shop for used good such as clothes furniture trinkets and misc electronics. Friendly staff. I think the rice things a bit on the High side and they wont negotiate otherwise I would give them 5 stars but alas theres always a catch and item you wont find elsewhere.

Good quality furniture, well made, not cheap. I found lovely drapes here for only $6.00 . Tons of craft books & cds. Their clothing is in two categories, boutique and general. I find almost all clothing here to be on the smaller side. Tons of parking in front. Located near the DMV.

This was a really nice place. The antiques arent marked up to ridiculous prices so that alone is refreshing. Very large store and a variety of different wares. Its nice theres even a fitting room. Staff was very friendly.

Good but $$$. They do a nice job of organizing stuff vs the typical pile of stuff at other places. It can be pricey though. $1 items elsewhere are often $2-3. Furniture very pricey but much is new.

One of the best thrift stores in West Michigan. If you into thrifting, this store has one of the widest selections Ive seen. The store is huge. I think it was an old department store.
