i ordered a coat that i was assured would reach me before a planned trip out of town. I paid over $70 for expedited shipping. two weeks later i still never had the coat and never heard from the company. I asked for a refund since i never got the coat. The refund did not occur until disputed the charge on my credit card. I would not recommend this company!
