I really enjoy the Christian music playing. I have seen some improvements in organizing things and displaying them better. I refuse to look at Tshirts for the fact they are organized by color and not sizes. It would take me all day to find what I need. It would be helpful if books were organized like your competitor by categories instead of just thrown on a shelf. I wish you had some kind of rewards or discounts for frequent buyers or over a certain dollar amount. It would also be nice if had a return policy even if it was in store credit. Sometimes I just dont feel like trying on clothes that day. Most prices are reasonably priced and then there are some items extremely over priced especially newer items. Why bother, when I can buy it in the competitors stores on sale and return policy. Many times I have struggled getting though the isles because the employees racks of clothes are blocking the isles. Keep improving in organizing and you would do much better than your competition.

Horrible customer service, the employees were beyond rude - including the Manager, very petty, and even tried running us out of the store 15 minutes prior to closing time. They were hollering at us over the intercom to take our stuff up front at 8:45 on a weeknight (15 minutes prior to close). I spent over $130 & got out of there right at 9pm. They treated me with absolute disrespect and acted like they were inconvenienced by my being there to shop. If you like to shop, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO SHOP - THEY DO NOT WELCOME YOUR BUSINESS!

Today I went in the Salvation Army to get a can opener. I couldnt find one, but I did find a fireplace heater in a torn up box. It did not have a price, so a nice young lady came by and got a Manager for me. The Manager, Alexis, was so kind. She helped be plug it in to make sure it worked and then she also carried it up the register for me. Thank you so much, you made my day with your wonderful customer service.
