This store is a joke! Employees have no clue how to operate a store without the help of a manager. I bought a skateboard before christmas and needed to return it, cashier Marshay had to call the manager to see if this fit the category of Christmas toys and refused to give me a refund! They seem to think I should get a clearance refund!! I have the receipt and I will get a full refund! I am waiting word back from Corporate office.Shop at a different store if you expect service! This location seems to hire the unwanted from the bowels of Detroit.

If I could I would rate it a 0! The employees are rude! It was 5 minutes to closing time and the man that was working asked us to "hurry up so we could leave" so I got my stuff and went to cash register. The cashier had an attitude with me when asking for a picture ID then got even more mad when I told her I only had my school ID (I was only buying chips).

Staff was friendly. Building looks like it needs maintenance and the stock is all over the place. I fell really sorry for anyone even attempting to do inventory control here.
