By far the coolest, and most laid back Comic store in the area. Ive had a pull box there for a couple of years and have had a few books in there prob since then and theyve never once complained about it and when it filled all the way to the top the only thing they asked was that "when I get a chance if I could pull a couple of the old comics that I didnt want out they would put them away for me in order to make room for new books in my cubby" In ten years of collecting comics Ive never had an owner be so cool about be late picking up holds. Ive had them sell stuff for me and they only take a very small % for themselves and they will order stuff outside of what they normally carry and wont even ask you to put any money down, they just take you at your word. The best part is they offer up to 30% off new comics Every Week if you spend at least $40 (which I do :)) if you spend less you still get 10% to 20% off you dont have to join a club for that discount costing $$$$ never seen another store do that Ever! And BTW I dont work there either I just feel that they do way to much for me and their other customers to have crap talked about them on here when they never jack up their prices on new Comicsin order to make extra money off me or anybody else no matter how much hype is surrounding that comic!

The Amazing Book-Store is your classic Comic Book Shop. Rows & Rows of back issues, tons of new titles on the wall. The difference here is the staff. The ABS team is just top shelf, and definitely go above & beyond to make your experience a happy one! I have a "hold" account there where ABS holds books for me and I come pick them up at a later time. Well, Ive been traveling for the last 6 weeks, and havent been there to pick up my books. To add insult to injury, I hadnt been there for about a month prior! Did they mind? Not at all. They treat you like family and will always email and ask how youre doing before they ask about business. Thats top shelf in my book! Be sure to checkem out if your in the area! You wont be dissapointed!

This is a great comic book store. They have a large weekly selection of comics, plus they have one of the biggest backstock collections I have ever seen. Also, they stock many comic book supplies like bags and boards. Also though they have a good array of comic book related items, like statues and other memorabilia. They have some game stock particularly Heroclix and Magic the Gathering. They plan weekly events with the Heroclix game complete with prizes. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about comics and related items. A huge bonus is that they will mail orders out from their store!

I had a very good experience here after getting burned at the other comic book store in town. They have a giant selection of back issues that is very impressive and cool. Their selection of newer stuff was only okay, but what made up for it was their willingness to order anything I wanted and welcome me like family. At one point they told me that if I wanted to start a pull list they would make me my own cubby and keep stuff for me. Im going to do just that.

Wow this place is not amazing at all. I bought and paid for a Spawn comic signed by Todd Mcfarlane and they sold it to someone else. This place sucks. Do not buy from these people as they bend the truth. Disregard all the positive comments as they are from people who work there. Dont waste your money here. I would go to Comic Relief they have better service and not a bunch of liars and cheats.

Somewhat rude, stand offish, and smug. The owner talks crap about other shops in the area, yet they dont hold a candle to the service and selection of others. Comic Relief in Flint is the best Ive found. BC comics is decent in a pinch if you are out that far. Battlestar is even better than Amazing and they dont even get new books!

I have been going to this Comic book store for a while now and it has become one of my normal go to places. The Staff know quite a bit about their merchandise and are nice to customers. With a large stock of older comics if you had to pick one comic book store to visit make sure its this one.
