All the books that are new are supposed to have plastic wrapping over. Apparently that is no longer the case, it can have marks on it and still be considered new. Also, it is one thing to have friendly customer service; asking if I need help is very much appreciated. It is entirely different when you are forced to being helped. If I say "No, thank you", that means I dont need help. Also, insulting me for not exactly memorizing the textbook title will not win you any points either!

Customer service is Good. Friendly staff. I had to give it 2 stars because the operational hours are terrible if you are a working adult. They close before i can get through rush hour traffic. They arent open on Saturday. How can i expect to get in here without taking time off work?
