That store is a rip off!!! Not for the first time, second time, or third time!! Its a bunch of times where I have to bring the meats back! How Dare them sell me rotten pork! Its important to know that they cant be trustworth! Im so angry and Im done with store!! I lived in Coopersville right down the street from the store and now I have to drive all the way to grand rapid to shop for meats and food. Yes out of date and rotten meats from Coopersville store??? Thats not right!! They also know that a lot of people lived in the area and cant afford to go any others store. And thats not fair that they are being careless! My kids almost ate spoiled pork chop and they could of gotten sick from food poison!! Well Im Taking the food back and getting my $$ back and never putting my foot in that store again. They lost a customer that spent hundreds, hundreds of dollars in that store for over five years. Now never again!!!!!

I would highly recommend adding on to the front South West part of the store to make the recycling area bigger. The set up that they have now is ok, but when there are multiple people trying to return bottles, the space is just not adequate. Half the time the machines are out of order, so it is very frustrating. The produce selection a lot of the times is not fresh. Half the time it seems like they are wilted and breaking down. I do love having a local grocery right down the road for last minute items, but most of the time if I go to FF, we end up going to the Allendale location for better freshness.

My job takes me all over. I shop mostly at Family Fares. There is a small Spartan store in Ravenna that I love. Coopersville Family Fare is by far the worst of the grocery store that I go to! The isles are crowded!!!!! I went twice to by coffee cream and they were out of stock. I came home with the coupon stickers still on the products. I know its up to me to take them off but good aware cashiers will catch them. I only bought 2 items! I do not like this store! I wwillgo out of my way to make it to F.F. in Sparta. It is bright, clean and they have self check out!!!!!!

Friendly Employees, order correctly& quickly rung up. Food seems priced a little high & bottle return area was not working properly- 2 machines I had to keep putting coke & Pepsi plastic bottles & cans over & over in machine to get it to take them. I machine did not count the cans/bottles correctly but by the time I messed around with all of the machines I was so frustrated, I didnt even bother telling anyone. I was so late picking up my granddaughter, I grabbed my groceries & flew out of there. Will not use their machines again!

Its okay... Theres some food in boxes and cans that are very close to expire date. Its doesnt taste the same and not as good either. I wish the store have more different food too. This store is a place to go to if you really have to because it close by... I would just be careful what you buy and be sure it not out of date!! The people there are helpful and very nice to us... But like I said It just the foods..

Smaller store, less items than lager store in Allendale, has most of the essentials and more, decent prices, but higher than some other markets. Nice people, can usually get in and out pretty quickly. When we could not find an item, an employee who seemed to do some of the ordering said she would see if she could get it in and did so.

I came in for a quick shopping trip and needed assistance in finding the item I was looking for and I was helped very quickly. I was able to check out quickly. From what I could see the store seemed clean and organized and from my experience the staff was very helpful and friendly while I was there.

I hate the prices here, I prefer to shop at Meijer. I only go here when I need just one thing quick because its close to home.... but Id rather drive 20 miles to the nearest Meijer than shop here. Also, this store is so small... very little room to maneuver around with a cart.

Service is always great, customer service is extremely helpful however the produce needs attention. Almost always they have bad produce on the shelf and its quick to turn within a day after being brought home.

Friday morning at 11:15am only one check out lane open with 6 people at courtesy lane waiting and five people at the only lane open with full grocery carts took 15min to check out three items.
