I had the pleasure of meeting some great individuals. I was told to come to this location because they specialize in customer care. I live almost an hour away. I was greeted by Nick Azzo, Salam Shalabi and Hjordis Bryant. Nick initially broke the ice by helping me find my phone. After working diligently to get the phone I wanted, Nick had to leave to go to NOVI to pick up the phone. Jake Vandike store manager and Hjordis Bryant made sure that I had everything I needed. He gave me a water and also talked me into getting an awesome watch called the Gear S. After about 30mins I was set to go. I was able to walk out with my 6active and a watch. I will recommend this location and this team to anyone in the WORLD. You guys have such a diverse team and their all awesome. FYI I love the customer care. Thanks for everything, you guys ROCK!!!!

Biggest bunch of screw ups Ive ever dealt with. Went into the store the other night to try to add money to my dads Go Phone. Why he insists on ATT Ill never know. The one buffoon tried for 15 minutes to add money to the phone. At which point the other genius says, "Oh..that terminal doesnt work!" The second genius (the brains of the outfit) proceeds to take another ten minutes, and hands me a receipt. The next day, the phone still didnt work. I called ATT. They said, "the last payment we see is from January. Turns out the imbeciles did nothing but waste my time. Do yourself a BIG favor and go to the company store at 14 Mile and Haggerty. These people are imbeciles.

Worst customer service Ive ever had while purchasing a new phone but honestly this goes hand-in-hand with all customer service experiences offered by AT&T. They will be your buddy when you are buying something from them but as soon as an issue arises and you bring it to their attention, they will literally laugh in your face and storm out of the sales floor like a child. If you are unfortunate to be under contract with AT&T, save yourself a headache and avoid this location.

The guy works there has no respect for anyone. He will be on his computer or phone while slowly answer your questions. Most probably he will tell you to go to a different store. Have been to much better AT&T stores. Better yet just call AT&T customer service or chat. They are much better and faster. Will never ever go to this store.

Best and most helpful crew I have ever seen at an at&t store. I walked in expecting the usual set of untrained idiots, but was pleasantly surprised with three wonderful, and surprisingly helpful individuals. Whomever franchises this store, well done and keep people like Justin, and Jack coming.

Patrick was very knowledgeable when I came into the store to switch from T-Mobile back in March. All questions were answered. Hjordis also installed the glass for my son and I. When I had a question about my bill they got the answer and called me back. Patrick & Hjordis are highly recommended!

I would change my rating, if this store that installed my screen protector on my new galaxy s7, correctly and now lopsided/crooked. Spend $35 on a screen protector and they recommend to install it and its messing me up. Dude used his fingers! And not the tape to install it

My experience with Patrick and Hjordis as always was phenomenal. My issues with my phone are always resolved at this location. I love the staff here. I wouldnt shop anywhere else. I feel like a VIP member when I come in the store!!!

Beware. They make many promises that they will not honor. Reported that they do bait and switch sales to consumers. Stay away! This was reported to AT&T corporate offices.

Got my galaxy s7
