I went in this store and was treated horribly ! The first night I went in for a repair and the manager kept muttering things under his breath for his employee to tell me. I left and came back since it was too late for a service call. I was having issues with the charging port on my phone not charging. The person that serviced me plugged my phone in to one of the store chargers and said "well its working now" as if to say I was lying. I tried to explain again what the issue was and he again replied "its working now". I was extremely perturbed and if I had not had my son with me I may have become more insistent that they handle things in a more professional manner. When I asked for the phone back he simply said "bye" sarcastically. Ive been with Sprint over 11 years and have never been treated so poorly. The only way Ill go back to that store is to lodge a official complaint with the owner...

Not only have they worked with my time constraints, these guys have done EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to help me replace my phone and keep service and connection in the mean time. They are fast , they are awesomely friendly.. these guys are the top dogs for sure. Ive been to a few sprint stores with issues before, but Ill tell you if youre going anywhere else youre not getting your moneys worth. THESE GUYS are the ones you should be talking to about any issue! They will always do everything they can to help! And not just me. My issues have been time consuming and I have watched them multitask and handle multiple customers in between helping me fix my service. This is the store you want to be at, hands down!!!

I have NEVER experienced such AMAZING customer service... NOT because they wanted to sell me a new phone, or make some quota for the day, but because from the minute I walked in, I was treated like an old friend - I was treated w/ GREAT respect by Marc... he was SOOOOO patient w/ me and all my hundreds of questions ;) The store manager/owner, Saevin offered to split his lunch w/ me as we were all hungry - Marc made me coffee... they were AMAZING, the BEST part is that I didnt feel rushed or that I was an annoyance to anyone.... beyond FABULOUS experience!!! I am very satisfied with the service and Saevn, Izzy and Marc have been a great help showing me how to operate my phone. At my age I really appreciate it. I would recommend all my friends and family to this location. Great work WEST BLOOMFIELD TEAM. The new management team took over on 5-1-16 and they are like not other in the industry. I tried to get a mobile broadband and they told me I did not need it. As much as they wanted to make a sale they did what was in my best interest. They look out for the customer and not just their pockets like others do. GREAT WORK AGAIN!!!

I decided to go to this Sprint store after I read the reviews. Every positive review confirmed what I experienced as a customer in the the store today. Although the sprint team was busy assisting other customers they acknowledged me immediately. Marc , Izzy and Saevn make a great team. they went above and beyond to assist me with my telephone issue. They listened attentively and offered alternatives and different options to have my cellphone replaced. I appreciate the service guys. You rock!!!

I had lost my phone in Las Vegas, and received a new one on 6/02/16. I had a hard time trying to set my phone up. So I went to the sprint store on Haggerty, and Saevn Kesto was such a big help. He helped with all of the things on my phone, that I just didnt understand. He didnt hesitate to help me, and that really made me feel special. Ive gone to other sprint stores and have never been treated so kind. I would tell anyone to go to that sprint store. Thanks again Saevn

Marc and Saevn are hands down the BEST Sprint employees Ive ever encountered. THANK YOU for being so patient and helpful. Go to no other Sprint store!! Sprints policies, plans and procedures can be frustrating and overwhelming to say the least. Marc and Saevn went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what my options were, and to make sure that I was making the best decision available. Thank you again, guys!

The owner is super friendly and kind and will do anything to help his customers. The other guys that work there are also really helpful and thoughtful. Ive been a sprint customer for over 13 years and have never had a good experience with an actual sprint store until I found this one. They are a diamond in the rough. They have literally kept me from switching to Verizon a number of times now. Thank you guys!

I walked into this Sprint Store on Haggerty, and I was completely wowed! Never before have I experienced such great service. I had a problem with my LG G4 (boot loop issue), and they were very quick to order me a new phone. I needed a new case, and they had it the very next day! These guys are truly the pros. They are very kind, helpful, and I strongly recommend that you go here if you have any problems.

I cant say enough about this store! I have been a Sprint customer for 17 years and had a problem with my phone. Called 3 stores, the 800 number and tech. support. Joe at this store was the only person I found to provide a solution that made sense. Even if its out of your way, take a few minutes to visit this store where the employees are knowledgeable and the customer service is excellent.

This store goes above and beyond for their customers. The store employees are very friendly and patient. I will never go to another store in my life. This is a great place to get a cell phone at. Saevn Kesto and his team are great at what they do. This is a must go to store. Check them out for everything you need. Always looking to help even when they are not making any money off of me.

I got the pleasure of having the owner Saevn help me with my upgrade today, Him and his employees are very nice and know what they are doing, Saevn isnt just in a rush to get you done and out of there, he makes sure you are 100% satisfied before leaving his store. The process was so much easier and faster than any sprint store Ive been to. Definitly will not go anywhere else for a phone!!

I recently worked with store manager Saevn, Kesto and assistant Joe to upgrade my three lines. After a bad experience at the corporate store in Novi, I decided to visit the West Bloomfield store on Haggerty Road. The service was very professional, thorough, and explained to me in an understandable manner. By far, this is the best place to go for Sprint users (or prospective users)!

My family has always gone to this specific location due to knowledge, convenience, helpfulness, and the super welcoming caring staff. So the one time I didnt it caused havoc. My visit to get it all sorted out went as smoothly as ever and was done in 2 seconds! Super friendly guys and I defiantly wont go to any other sprint store again! Thanks a lot guys!
