No star! 0 0 0 starts for the grooming! The bigger lady with long dirty blond hair was very rude and she hurt my dog right I front of me! My pooch never really cries but he did when she pulled his fur around his mouth! I hate to see my babies hurt and any other animal! If you dont know how to handle the animals then you shouldnt be grooming them! She stopped pulling his fur only after I said you are hurting him only after that she held him correctly! I dont advise anyone to bring their pets to her! I believe she was maybe a manager of grooming or something because the two younger girls that worked today 7/18 at 1:20 pm were polite and my second dog didnt make a noise when the other girl handled him.

Shame on Petsmart Chesterfield for throwing out a 3 month old baby goat who only wanted to buy a harness and leash. What happened to loving animals and being animal friendly and allowing animals on leash to enter your store? Double shame on you for then getting upset when it was comented about on Facebook and kicking out the cat rescue group Paws for the Cause Feral Cat Rescue out of your store leaving cats homeless. Petsmarts true colors are showing. They are more interested in their image then providing service to animals and allowing pet adoptions at your store. Well, your store and your corporation not has an ugly black mark that will be very hard to remove.

I completely agree with the last reviewer, your sign clearly states "pets must be on leashes" ...there is no sign giving a list of animals that are not allowed. So when the 3 week yr old baby goat was brought in, and you kicked them out by causing a scene it was downright rude and wrong!! Then it gets posted on the persons PRIVATE Facebook account, and it started to go viral because like any normal person who loves animals they were disgusted by your actions, you kicked out the cat adoption?? Youre a store who is supposed to CARE about all animals ...shame on you!! I will definitely be spreading the word for people to take their business elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place!! Always friendly staff. Its hit or miss on knowing there stuff of course. But can always get questions answered. Very wide selection of dog toys, collars, treats, bones, and food. All kinds of stuff. And the pet trainer Krystal is absolutely amazing!!!! Shes very very good with animals. And can positively get your dog in shape, as long as youre willing to put the time in. Fish are well kept tanks always clean and healthy. This place has it all. We visit 4 to 7 times a week. Even my dog loves this place. Highly recommended people to go there. Never had a bad experience

Horrible customer service/experience. I have been to this location several times to have my pets nails filed. The staff is rude and unfriendly. On 11/17/2016 (my last visit), the groomer literally rolled her eyes as I handed her a $5 tip on the $12 nail filing service that was provided. Was I not supposed to tip? Was a 42% no sufficient? Also read the recent news about the pet killed by a PetSmart groomer. I cannot recommend in good faith. Buyer beware!

If you have a dog there is plenty of product in more than half the store. Cat stuff is somewhere off to the side. The cats for adoption are way in the back with very little attention. There is however, a large variety of fish for sale and adorable small animals to purchase.

Cared more about making me spend money on stuff i didnt need than the well being of the animal. Got defensive when i brought up knowledge about a reptile a customer was buting and explained what they needed for it better than the manager

Awful place. Their knowledge of animals is lacking. Seemed bothered when I asked about the cat adoption area, which has been empty for months. The selection of collars and bedding is dreadful. Not ever going back there

I wasnt too pleased with the guy in the fish department.. I got a few fish last month and the guy told my boyfriend they will probably die because I dont know how to take care of fish.. I dont think Ill be going back.

Frequently going to this place for everything we need for our dogs. They offer a variety of things we need compared to other places. The trainer, Krystle, is wonderful and very helpful with our younger dog.

The staff is not knowledgable of how to take care of their animals. They should not be able to sell live animals. Do not buy a live animal from them. They do have a good supply stock though.

Found a pet bowl we thought was on clearence for 10$ originally $20. Pet bowl was actually 30$ and not on sale, still sold to us at the sale price. Will forever shop here! Thank you petsmart

We take our puppy their often. She loves seeing all the workers and people. Prices are a little high, but they have lots of options. The coupon book is a good option.
