i went into the store today the cashier was nice but the man on the floor "helping" customers was very rude, he was on the phone the whole time. i asked him what inch was the hair because it wasnt on the pack he said 16 or 18 as if Im suppose to pay for something not knowing the inch he then said what does it matter its 16 or 18 all while talking in his language. I left the hair and the store and i will NEVER RETURN BECAUSE THIS ISNT THE 1ST RUDE INCIDENT! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH STOP GIVING PPL YOUR MONEY THAT DONT RESPECT YOU!!!

Really amazing place, Ive bought a lot of things from them. Synthetic & human hair, 3/4 wigs, bundles, clip ins, everything. They have all the supplies you need plus an amazing selection of wigs, lace front included! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and always well stocked.

The staff is very friendly and I love that they do not follow you around the store like you are a thief. A little pricier than other beauty supplies, but always fully stocked.
