The website says they close at 6:30 on Sunday so I got there at 6:00 to buy a wig which I was preparing to spend over $100 on and the old wig lady said they closed at 6:15 and that I could buy the wig but I couldnt try it on. WTF?!? Theres no way Id buy a wig that expensive without first trying it on. They have the WORST attitudes here and are only concerned with making money. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you value how you are treated. Go to the store across the street

Horrible place to go buy your hair from, they did not return my hair, which was in perfect condition and I had the receipt. Never doing business with them again. And they had a major attitude about me returning it. (They thought it was funny) not my fault the lady put the wrong hair in my bag. All I wanted to do was exchange the hair for the right one. I didnt want my money back and still no customer satisfaction. #OhWell If I could gave them no star I would.

Ill spare the long story but I advise all current and future customers that if you have to come here and buy anything, to make absolutely TRIPLE sure that whatever you buy from here you want because if you come back and try to exchange anything, they will try and reword their exchange policies different from what is on the reciept and take offensive tones with customers.

This place used to be great, but it seems there are new owners or something and now its just okay. The prices on some items are still fairly good, but the service is not what it once was. Sometimes you go in there and the folks that work there look like they just dont want to be there. The vibe can be a bit off-putting.

Rude to customers....They dont Honor their closing time, which is 9:00pm... Never again will I patronize this facility... They truly believe that we need them, when its the other way around they need our money to stay in business!!!! My money will not build their buisness!!!!

Their attitudes are horrible! Worst customer service in the world. They dont respect or know how to treat loyal customers. Spend your money somewhere they will appreciate you. I wish I can give no stars!

This is by far my favorite beauty supply store. This store always have everything that I want and need. Their customer service could be a better. But other than that its good to me.
