The workers in there are young, rude, ghetto and unprofessional. No one bothered to assist me with finding what i was looking for. They were on their cellphones texting, using profanity and I heard one of them say they werent trying to deal with any "damn" customers today smh I DO NOT recommend this location unless you are ok with being disrespected. Save yourself the headache, save your money and time and go elsewhere!!

The northern lights store is an absolute facade, I know personally and from sight that we as blacks and I also saw a wonderfully gay man that was talked about and discriminated against. I never thought that I would actually hear and see such racist humiliation! ! They smile in our face but never again will I patronize US hair
