Very rude. Horrible customer service. My mom bought me scarves from here that I would never wear in my life. I called to make sure it was ok to return the lady who picked up said I could only exchange it. I drove to the store and presented the item with the receipt and the Asian lady got very excited and said "no no no return head wrap". I told her I just called and she said I could exchange it. She proceeds to hold the receipt 2 inches in front of my face telling me no and its past 3 days, past 5 days. And continued to make up excuses as she went along. Never again would I visit this horribly ran business.

So many wigs, braiding hairs, hair chemicals, ponytails and so on which are being arranged in the right sequence and neatly presented. I received little help at this store. I was looking for hair oils and I seen one that I wanted, but it was below the shelf. So when I reach down below the sales shelf to grab the one I was looking for an Employee popped out of no where and pointed to the shelf (said nothing) as to say look up her only. I just thought she should have at least said, "hello do you need help?" The customer service is super sketchy.

Save your money! Customers we service is horrible, staff are rude, abd incompetent. Prices are too high. One worker kept changing prices of hair that we wanted. One person say it was one price and the other would say another price, and it was the same pricing sheet they looked at. They make up prices higher and dont know anything about hair quality!

I go to alot of bueaty supplies store in columbus but hair plus is the only one that i enjoy spending my money there. The staff is very helpful and kind. And the store is always clean and neat. Plus its big and they have alot of choice with good prices. I feel like everyone should at least visit this place..

I purchased a flat iron from this store when I went home the flat iron was not working so I took it back to the store and the lady said she cant exchange it because it works and all her employees buy the same flat iron so she cant exchange it...if you love you money dont go to this store.

I went there today and brought a wig.. I was so surprised they have so many wigs and it was really neat and clean in there. I am really undecided and The girl who helped me was so patient with me and she was so helpful and nice. I love hair plus I would recommend everyone to go there.
