ZERO TERRIBLE!!! I called this store first before driving close to 30 miles to get there, to check on an item that the Target web site said limited stock. I gave the woman who answered I believe Frieda was the name given to me , the aisle where it was located and asked if they still had the item. While she was walking to located the item she even told me she has a 4 year old son and looking for gifts. Why yes she said but there is only one. So I asked for her to hold it and Ill be leaving right now. Oh NO we cant hold this youll have to take the chance and hope it will be here when you get here. REALLY? I just had the Target store on Coolidge hold an item for me and there was no problem there. I even offered to pay for it over the phone, NO! Can I please speak to a manager. Alicia answered said ok to hold it and I said Im leaving, explained Im disabled and it will take me a bit to get there, that Im about 40 minutes away. Got there, went to customer service said who I was and was told she had to get a manager. Mind you I can see all whats taking place, the people in line curious to why I was being ignored and backing away. No I didnt say bomb, nor do I have the plague, about 15 minutes later, the manager finally strolls up to me and pulls me to the side. Tells me they dont have the item. I respond with why when it was to be held I was immediately interrupted with her snapping at me LET ME FINISH! We tried to call you...really?? Funny my phone didnt ring and there was no missed calls message. Im not one to all the race card BUT if I did that as a white woman to her, an African American, Id be FIRED. I called Target Corp, they gave me a claim number and an Im so sorry we will forward this on and have someone call you back...............Im still waiting! I know who bought the item.....Frieda at customer service!

Not happy with last visit or staff. Told I couldnt use a gift card because it wasnt purchased there. Couldnt get a manager there to talk to so I went home and I contacted store by phone only to find out my card was purchased at an other retailer, it was good for any Target store, cashier scanned the wrong bar code so it would not let me use it, management said cashier was new and wasnt trained for cashiering, filled in for staff shortages. I will not shop there ever again or accept gift cards from anyone for Target. Not happy with Target!!!

As far as Target goes, I think they are all the same. But this one has some of least friendly people working there. every one of their employees look like they hate their jobs and it is almost impossible to get someone to help you. Once I had to call the store while I was inside to get someone to answer my questions. When I go in this store I feel like having customers is bothering the employees. It is very discouraging every time I go in.

The quality of products.. have great options that other stores dont have.. the staff that you catch that u may need help from arent super friend (felt add if I was bothering them.. exited for one man yup return but hee never did but found a manger who took care of the problem for me.. its a nice clean store with plenty of things on sale for me to shop for my grand childrens clothes, house hold supplies, and everything else In between..

In a summary: • limited choices for everything ranging from food to personal hygiene products. • sells expired food. Bought icing for a cake I was making in February 2017 I was in a rush (payed and ran home) when I opened it up it was stale. Checked the bottom, it expired December 2016. When I came back they wouldnt let me return/get a refund (because it was opened though it was expired and I had the receipt)

There is ALWAYS the longest line here. It doesnt matter what time of day I go there.... Shopping is good.... Because its target and you cant go wrong. Be ready to wait 30 minutes at least !! Honestly in this day and age its ridiculous. Ive complained multiple times and the management can do nothing. Target needs to hire more people Period. Cheap big company.

This Target is clean and well maintained. While I dont normally have trouble finding what I am looking for my wife will go multiple times and different cosmetics are always out of stock (her favorite colors). It also seems like almost every time I go it appears that they never have enough people working the checkout lanes.

Large selection of items and plenty of parking, but there always seems to be a long line and insufficient cashiers. Also, many of their card machines seem to have trouble reading new chip based debit and credit cards. Even with the technical problems, the staff is often friendly and helpful.

Excellent selection of merchandise. Offer reward points on purchases, card holders receive a 5 % savings on all purchases. In addition, when the cartwheel app is downloaded, the customer can receive additional savings on selected items that show up on smart phones. Very competitive prices.

I wish the management would actually get themselves off there chairs and do a walk around. The store itself needs cleaned and organized. How can you be part of management team and not see the mess? But despite the complete laziness. I still like this location.

Parking is usually easy, but exiting the lot at busy times can take a while. Store is mostly taken care of but the trash cans are always overflowing with garbage, oddly enough. Skip the Starbucks inside, theres a real one almost next door on Telegraph.

I absolutely love target, best place to ever shop, wonderful staff, the store, the whole layout, the building itself just give you that outstanding vibe the moment you step a foot into this door! I wish I could give it 6 stars..

Over priced junk only well priced durable items are there diapers and wipes. Food is over priced and the cartwheel app is a joke never has essentials on the app. Costco, Wal-Mart and other major retailers are much better

Stood in electronics for over 20 minutes, repeatedly pressing the "need assistance" button, nobody ever came back, and not a single associate in the store ever spoke to us, will NOT be going back.

I was double charged, could not cancel the order , so had to refuse shipment . than received merchant ecard as refund, instead refunding my credit card ! wow ! great customer service too!

Typical Target. Very clean and pretty quiet. Im not a fan of the stairs to go up option. Escalator is only for the way down. Saw some older people struggling to climb them.

Went in for prescription pickup at what is now CVS pharmacy. Excellent, friendly, prompt service. Didnt like losing Target pharmacy but theyre doing pretty well in my opinion.

We shop at this Target on a regular basis, sometimes 4 times per week, or more. At times, the service lanes are slow but the overall attitude of the staff is positive.
