Be Wary!!! Terrible customer service. Visited the Waterford location on 6-12 and dealt with sales people Patty and Darryl. I went in looking for a small table in the clearance center but found a couch I fell in love with. Made a deal with Darryl and told him I would return that afternoon. Realizing I could not make it I called spoke to Patty who took my number and assured me the sofa would be tagged so that I could pick it up on 6-13. Called the store on 6-13 to verify the couch was still there and it was. No mention of any issues. Customer rep was rude on the phone so I checked reviews.....not good but again I loved the sofa. I returned to the store today after driving 45 minutes in rush hour and had two others meeting me to help load from an hour away. The new sales manger takes me back to where the sofa is clearly marked with my name and number and I tell him his customer rep was rude. He apologizes and tells me they are working on this. I wait 35 minutes for Darryl. Im then told the sofa is already sold to someone else....wait??? What??? It is marked with my name and Patty let me know she would call if there was any change. When I ask what is going on here The sofa is clearly marked with my name. The store manager tells me he cant take it back from the other buyer. There was not another shopper in the store at 11 am on 6-12. He then tells me maybe I would like to look at something else. No...maybe I would like to shop somewhere else that appreciates their customers. The whole thing seemed scandalous at best.

I bought my first house in August and searched for months for the perfect table for me and my family. After months of searching near my home I ventured out to Gardner White 2 1/2 hours from my home. I found the perfect table. I was ecstatic. I have NOTHING bad to say about Emily, the floor rep, she was amazing and so kind. My nightmare begins once I got it home. As you can see on one end the holes were drilled WRONG! So I call hoping that someone could come out and fix this mistake. They have been nothing but rude and telling me "it is not their problem." Today I got a call saying "they will ALLOW you to come do an exchange." Any company would allow this if their product was screwed up! I understand I am out of their "delivery area" but when you spend a pretty penny you expect a product to be in pristine condition. After the way they have treated me never again will I buy from them. The customer service reps have been so rude and no one cares that I have to incur additional costs to get back out there. HORRIBLE customer service after they get you to buy their product. Im sorry but if you decide to sell a manufacturers product then you incur those possible blunders that you need to make right as the company who sells it.

BUYERS BEWARE! If I could given 0 stars I would. We went during their "everything 10% off and no sales tax on everything " sale. The salesman even explained the whole promotion when we entered the store. We picked out a bedroom set and as the salesman entered it said we were getting a better than the extra10% off, but we wouldnt pay sales tax. When we were checking out, we were then informed that the set we picked out didnt qualify, although we were told by the salesman it did and every freakin sign in the store clearly stated "no tax on every item". Next the cashier rang my card as debit, even after I asked twice to run as credit. Delivery was supposed to be the next day, and when we received no call by 10 am we called about delivery only to find out they scheduled for the following day. So we went to cancel the deal and that was the easiest thing about the whole experience. No one even cared to do anything to save the deal or even cared we were cancelling. Just thankful that we got out of the deal. Should have known better with the FALSE ADVERTISING and should have just walked before completing the deal originally. Do yourself a favor and shop at any other of the variety of furniture stores but this one!

DO NOT SHOP HERE or their online store. I bought a mattress which "comes with a 180 day guarantee", well when purchasing online, they fail to tell you that you have to order their mattress pad in order for the guarantee to be valid. The day the mattress was delivered, the delivery guys made a comment about my mattress being an old discontinued model that they have not seen in awhile, that did not make me happy. Later on the day of delivery I went to the Gardner White store to verify I received the right mattress and to pick up a gift card that was supposed to be delivered with the mattress but was not. While in store, I even inquired about a mattress pad and not once did anyone tell me that i should buy from them to prevent voiding the guarantee. Needless to say, I tried to exchange the mattress under the 180 day guarantee and that did not happen. I was not able to even verify if I had indeed even received the right mattress. Save yourself the headaches and go to a place where they actually care about their customers.

I will never buy anything from this store again! I was informed by Roy Hailpenn who was my sales rep on Friday that my delivery would be first on Sunday because I was so close to the warehouse! On Saturday a lady from the warehouse called to confirm the Sunday delivery and she assured me the same...early Sunday morning. Well...tthe phone call I was suppose to get this morning between 8 and 10 am came in at 10:38am and I now am scheduled from 2-5pm!!! Well, because of the lies and misrepresentation by their reps...I now have to cancel for a birthday dinner for a dear friend this evening!!! I want to thank you for your dishonesty Roy Hailpenn so you could get a sale! The mattress I spoke to you about WILL NOT be purchased from you or the store that you work at! The only saving grace for this store is Dave the store manager and Gary A who have gone out of their way and delivery will now be noon to 1:30pm today! Hopefully, I can still make my friends birthday dinner!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. TV BROKE WHEN I GOT IT 55" JUST LIKE THE PERSONS BELOW AND I WAS TOLD BY THE SALES MANAGER TO TAKE A HIKE. THE OVER ALL QUALITY OF THE FURNATURE WAS NOT VERY GOOD THEY EXCHANGED A LAMP AND A LEATHER CHAIR RIGHT FROM THE START. THE CHAIR HAD SEVERAL STAPLES RIGHT IN THE LEATHER AND PART OF THE CHAIR DIDNT EVEN HAVE MATERIAL COVERING IT??? IF YOU ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE SHAME ON YOU. I WROTE TO CORPERATE AND THEY SAID THEY SPOKE WITH THE STORE MANAGER TO TELL THEM HOW BAD OF AN EXPERIENCE I HAD AND THEY NEVER ONCE TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME TO APPOLIGIZE. THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU ON PRICE. I WOULD NEVER SEND ANYONE HERE INFACT THE POINT OF ME WRITING THIS IS TO PREVENT YOU FROM GOING HERE OR ANY OTHER GARDNER WHITE. I WAITED WEEKS TO DO THIS HOPING THE STORE MANAGER WOULD CALL AND HE DIDNT SO THAT TOPS IT OFF. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY, AND HIGH PRICES.
