I am a person who thinks jewelry especially diamonds is a pretty silly concept though I have a wife who likes shiny things. Their work is professional and beautiful. Rather than save a buck and get wedding rings done at a bargain jeweler i had my rings done here. They are fairly priced considering their location, reputation and quality. I cant send my wife for annual ring cleanings and such to some ghetto store in a strip mall. I have another ring i purchased from a currently out of business retailer and Wachler has done cleanings and resizing for me free of charge. The way i look at it, for a store like this to have a professional staff and keep the lights on there has to be a healthy markup. Id rather make my very occasional jewelry purchases from a professional store like this than buy off the shelf at Costco.

SAME WARNING:the staff and owner is unprofessional, rude and definitely a RIP OFF. I had a post here before that was very truthful and it was removed. Go to another jeweler. I have been unhappy with my ring for 3 years and they wouldnt do a thing about it.

Excellent customer service and custom jewelry work. They will treat you well regardless of whether you are spending $300 or $30,000. Ive been going here for years and Ive never had a bad experience.
