I cannot give them a LOW enough rating. Everything about this business is absolutely terrible! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not give them your business. I cannot warn you enough! Terrible customer service, even worse repair, then trying to scam more money for their mistakes. HORRIBLE business! If you drop off your watch for repair, you may never see it again. Heed my review, do NOT give this business your business!

$15 for about 3 minutes of work tops to take off a watch band. I was thinking $10 on the high side. I should of asked how much before i got work done.
