I would have rated this pharmacy as a ZERO star. All the aforementioned comments are accurate. More importantly, the pharmacists have distorted their role... The pharmacists have actually gone out of their way to refuse filling scripts they didnt agree with on basis that they were for similar meds. These prescriptions were issued by specialists, and approved by the HMO. I actually had to have the HMO call the pharmacist to have them fill the script. the saga has gone on for weeks now. Latest update: One of the CVS pharmacist, name withheld as I still need to pick up the prescriptions, was getting help from CVS corporate help desk. Its a well known fact that the cost of health management has surpassed the cost of administering health services. I have lived through this now. a $30 script has taken 3 hours of the HMOs time, 2 hours of the Physicians time, and likely 1 hour at the CVS (plus my time). at a $100/h billing rate, $500 has been wasted. Shame on you, CVS.

Im switching pharmacies. Every time Ive gotten a prescription here, the staff has been rude, has screwed up things, has called me when the script wasnt ready, and worse. The only helpful person there is Ralph; the others need to be replaced. This is one incompetent group of "professionals." I have never been treated so poorly at a pharmacy or actually, any other store, in my life. Run!

Really nice people especially Bryan in Photo. He helped me with my Christmas cards and they really look great. Needed some cropping and I couldnt have done it with out him. Printed them on the spot too. Thank you.

I argree with the other reviews posted in the past but they are getting better there. Ralph is still awesome but I also had great service by Jennifer in the pharmacy. Perhaps they are responding to our complaints!
