Slow and unhelpful service. Had a prescription called in by my doctor, they had no record of it. I would believe maybe the doctor messed up, but 3 people in line in front of me had the same problem. I was lucky enough to get ahold of the nurse at my doctors office who said she faxed in the prescription and received a transmission confirmation on her end. They are obviously losing prescriptions. As I was waiting at the counter, the nurse at my doctors office had to call me back after she re-called in the script and tell me that pharmacy told HER to tell me that it would be ready in 20 min! On top of this, I came in yesterday for a different prescription and they were out. They couldnt tell me when they might receive more or another location that would have it. The prescriptions are never ready at the times they say they will be. To be fair, on most occasions I have been there and I can tell that they have a high volume of problematic customers who slow everything down. Im sure they are understaffed and trying their best, but if there was a way to avoid this place at all costs, I would!

Do us a favor and put up a huge sign near the checkout for the ignorant ones that the checkout line is set up to be one line, and the next register will help the next person in line. I almost got into it with this dumb broad behind me that kept asking me which line I was in. She probably gets a kick out of picking a faster line. Or if it works the other way put up some posts and ropes to signify there is a line for each register if thats how these retards assume it works.

The cashier was extremely unpleasant. Very rude and condescending. Accused me of stealing from the store when all I did was walking in the front door and went straight to the register. Also she couldnt move any slower. Obviously paid by the hour. No wonder businesses like this are going under.

Val is very friendly! They always have what I need - whether its medicine, tissues, bathroom stuff, personal care stuff, food, drinks, snacks, etc. The employees work with you in the aisles and they also stock lots of items.

This is the worst pharmacy, dont go there I am switching pharmacies. They have the worst service , they give you an attitude. I stood in line for 2hrs for a script.

This Walgreens drive thru pharmacy is HORRIBLE. Theres always a backed up line, and it takes at least 15 minutes per car. They need more staff, its ridiculous.
