this was the worst customer experience ive ever had. they lost my prescription, then walked away from me when i asked to speak to a manger and told me to contact 1800 walgreens for any question or concerns. absolutley the worst expierence. i would give this location negative stars if possible. all i wanted was my prescription back that they couldnt fill. it is was a time sensitive matter that luckily my doctor was able to help with. never stepping foot in any walgreens store. this one ruined it all.

I ABSOLUTELY HAVE THIS WALGREENS!!! IM FROM PONTIAC AND HAVE ALWAYS ONLY HAD PROBLEMS HERE... AND THROUGH MAYBE ITS JUST THE PARTICULAR STORE, BUT THEY DEFINITELY SET THE STANDaRD7... IVE BEEN TO A WALGREENS IN 5 DIFFERENT STATES AND THEY ALL ARE ALLLLLLLL TERRIBLE WALGREENS!!! I WANT TO JUST GO IN AND HIT THEM ALL WITH WATER BALLOON IN THE SUMMER AND SNOWBALL IN THE WINTER ,!! TO JUST GO IN SIDE AND HIT EVERY ONE WITH

i dont understand the negative reviews, as i think its a great pharmacy. i am in the store often almost daily as it is located between my job and my route home. i am very happy with the store overall. sometimes they are out of stock on the sale items, toward the end of the week. Other than that, i dont have anything negative to state. its a great walgreens store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY STORE I HAVE EVER WALKED IN TO! The most rude, unhelpful employees EVER! The "Manager" needs a Haircut and a course in People Skills! Literally wanted to scream! Inquired about "Pop Bobble heads" and I was responded to with "I dont know? I quit playing with toys years ago" well obviously he was very in tune with his unhelpful demeanor!

THESE GUYS ARE IDIOTS, EVERYTIME MY DAUGHTERS DOCTOR SENDS IN A MEDICATION THEY DONT FILL IT UNTIL YOU GO UP THERE AND TELL THEM OFF, THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PHARMACY TO GO TO.I would give them a negative star.They always take days to fill really important prescriptions.My daughter has a infection and its been 3 days and its still not filled.

I use the stove thru, well did before conning here. 20 to 45 minute wait in the car before they come to the window. Not to Nevin if you get a referral for an expensive genaric medication, they will not check into any alternative.

With a CVS and rite aid within walking distance, they blow away the competition w friendly service a better selection and good sales, making it worth coming back for.
