I waited for 5 minutes at the photo counter and no staff came up to me until I went up to the cashier and ask them to page someone that works at the photo counter. Waited for 2 more minutes, finally an employee comes up to help and when I ask my question about getting my ink refill, when the employee replied to my question the employee was rude and acted like I should of know that this site got rid of there ink refill machine a couple of months ago. Overall, I didnt like how I page someone to be at their station and how I was treated at this site.

Wonderful service! Had to get a passport photo for a 4-month old. The technician took a few photos until he got it just right, and even reprinted once his first try had a shadow on it that wasnt noticed at first. Very friendly and helpful!
