First off att&t is more expensive and less service than just about any other phone service. The people at this location never called to activate my plan, so i had to, and they had me set set up with a non smart phone plan. Hours of att&t customer service ensued. They read off paragraphs for everything. I had to speak with 6 ppl. Then even though i had an autopay paperless account, they sent me an email the day after a fee was due and told me my service was getting shut off and they might take me to collection for 21.50 in overage fees that were a day late- how was I to know? Mind you since I had autopay on it, it was not something I was checking on. So i switched to metro. Way cheaper. Also might i add, after using up high-speed data at att&t they throttle you down to dial up speeds. And on cancelling service a day before next billing cycle, they had already billed me and will not refund. Fine print. If i deny them one customer Im good.

Just stepped in with a problem on with my iPhone 6 Plus. Music was so loud I couldnt have a conversation. Asked a lady that said she was the manager if she was testing speaker? Asked if should could turn music down so I could speak with the store Rep. She said no but that she could change the song. I just got up and walked out. What is wrong with ppl today. Poor management at this location. Avoid at all cost.

I hate cellphone stores but these guys got my kids iPhone up and running within minutes. Not the usual runaround I have received elsewhere. "New policies" , "we cant do that", etc. Positive experience... for once.
