I was in need of help and had a quick question over the phone. While put on hold for almost ten mins by a gentlemen named Robert. I called back just to get a quick question or schedule an appointment to speak with someone. A man named Serigo answered and explained to me they are very under staff and very busy, he then started to get upset and began telling me " I was getting loud" whatever that means. I then called back a third time and still got no help from anyone. This store is a joke and the people working for them. Glad I decided not to go with Sprint! Horrible customer service.

I would have gave it 0 if I could I bought a life proof case that is supposedly waterproof and I dropped in the sink at work and all they said either buy a new one or contact the maker so I spent 80 plus on a case that says one thing and doesnt do it. Thanks sprint

My Note 5 charging port was damaged beyond repair and I needed to purchase a wireless charging deck. The phone is my business line and I absolutely needed the charging problem resolved immediately. They were amazing at this location!! They saved the day

The customer service here was the best Ive ever had at Sprint. They helped resolve a problem 4 other stores and the 800# did not. So grateful! Jim, Garrett and Marcus are fantastic!

Extremely disappointed!!! I Did a upgrade on my phone and returned old phone same day. All to find out they never sent my original back and I was being charged $210.00.
