November 2013, My fiance and I bought a 2-sided pillow top king size bed, with the box springs and bed rails. We gave Brantley (a employee at the time) $200 to let us have the bed that day. We told him we would give him the rest ($200) tomorrow. We asked him questions about grantees/warranty on the items. He said, "We can give you a 1 year warranty on the bed. Like, if the seems come undone or rips, then we will replace it for you." So he wrote "1 year warranty" on both receipts. We kept our word and brought him the rest the next day, him giving us receipts for both payments. September 2014, We go back to Christian Outreach (where we got the bed) to show them the rip and seems out of the mattress. We explained to them the situation and letting them know we still had the receipt that said the 1 year warranty on it. He said, "We dont give out warrantys. Thats probably why that guy (Brantley) dont work here no more." We explained how we have the receipts and want what we were promised. He called the manager and he agreed that if everything matched up and the receipt said 1 year warranty then he would do it. We just had to bring it to the main store in Commerce, Ga. November 2014 We get to Christian Outreach to not only be disrespected to but also not get what we were told. He was absolutely very rude, yelling and slamming thing down. We in no way give him any reason to treat us this way. Telling us to get out and never come back, getting up in our faces.

I guess with the name Christian outreach I expected more. I bought what was suppose to be a new mattres. Within a week I was sleeping in a huge dip. I started looking to see what kind it was and the tag gave a sanitation date. I called and a very rude guy named Bob said that it was new. He became very rude when I asked why would a new bed be sanitized? I called the company on the tag and they refurbish beds. Old stuff inside and used springs. They would not refund me or even talk to me once I started asking questions. I feel ripped off and grossed out!
