Absolutely awful experience. Was lied to multiple times on the phone by several store associates. Waited over an hour to be greeted, and then they kept assisting other customers that came in after me. Was told Sprint was ONLY doing iPhone 6 pre-orders online, and not in stores, which is a lie. Was told there would be monthly fees for combing two sprint accounts, which is a lie. Inquired about combining 2 sprint accounts and a MetroPCS account into a new family plan and they said they could do it but itd be illegal for them to do and they would incur thousands of dollars in fines, which is a lie. A woman also came in having trouble with her phones display and it would only work if she bent the phone, they said she would need a technician and theirs was out for the weekend and for her to deal with it until their technician comes back on Monday, instead of sending her to another location that had a tech available. If you want to go to Sprint go to the store in Burton on E Court st, its a corporate location and theyre extremely helpful and friendly. And the only two 5 star reviews of this location appear to both be from employees of the store.

This store is fantastic !!!!!! The moment I stepped in, it was like fireworks exploded inside my body !! then it happened I met eyes with HIM!!! his name was randy and let me tell you, this samurai of the sim card stole my heart and switched me over from my devil ex lover VERIZON!! what else could I possibly say except the way he explained the better choice plan captured my emotions as well as my wallet. the simple way he made me understand my plan shared data and unlimited text really made my toes curl. when I asked about insurance his simple yet exhilarating explanation really made me feel as if this special moment was all ours! and as he lead me to the accy wall I could see why he was a taken man.....Lucky lucky lady !!as I look back and recollect on these found memories of my in store visit, I cant but help and think about randy from time to time and wonder hows he doing? would it be wrong if ended this with a call me ? or mayb lets get a cup of Joe! think of me sunshine

Sprint sucks, i pay over $108 a month, lease a phone with insurance. Have not been able to replace or get my note 4 fixed after at least 15 phone calls or store visits because they just keep redirecting u to another department or store, sprint causes more stress in my life than anything else. My gps rarely works my data stops loading all the time and my sprint zone which is where they tell you to report problem has never worked. I will never use sprint again once my lease is over, i hope others dont make the same mistake i did. Customer satisfaction 0%. You will be nothing in a matter of time. I share this info with everyone i can. Please read the real facebook comments about sprint not these fake ones

Was lied to about 3 week trial period. Now stuck with phone that drops calls and terrible reception. Sales guy was super nice in person, but set me with a phone disaster, starting from day 1. They blew me off and told me the phone had to be reset because I switched from AT&T. Followed by a series of "blowing me off" tatics instead of fixing the problem,(I wont bore this post with the details.) But I will tell you this is the first time I have ever rated a company a 1 on google. I seriously suggest you look for service elsewhere!!! If you are in the Genesee county area regularly, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. Very disappointed!!!!

Went to buy a new phone with my family and Randy helped us. He was great!! Very helpful and knowledgeable of all of the phones, plans and even accessories. A+ customer service. For all of your Sprint needs make sure you go here and ask for him. It was nice to be in such a welcoming environment, especially when youre spending money :) I will never go to another Sprint store again.

What a Great team. I worked with Randy and the rest of the staff at this store and was absolutely delighted with their professionalism. I had an issue with my iPhone, and they told me exactly what to expect and led me through the entire process. While Sprint hasnt always been on the top of my list. This team makes up the difference!

I was at starbucks when I realized there was a Sprint Store next door. Thank God I went in there they were able to lower my bill and get me a free tablet. Great people they treat you like family and very funny down to earth guys! Thank you again this is my Sprint store forever!!!

Had to wait for an hour to pay my phone bill cause the only 2 worker want to bs with the same 2 customers the whole time....and the location doesnt have a payment machine ....very poor service!
