My family switched from AT&T to Sprint in December, and the customer service was simply outstanding! I just recently added another line to my account, and both times the same sales rep, Amber Cannon, assisted my family. She impressed me with not only her knowledge of everything Sprint has to offer, but with her utmost consideration of my personal needs. I truly feel that my satisfaction was her first priority, which is rare to find in most retail stores today!!

I recently switched to Sprint from AT&T (after getting married my husband and I needed to find a new plan together) and had a great experience getting set up at this store! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and we got a great deal with the iPhone forever plan! If you are an iPhone user and like to get the new models when they come out without paying tons of money, Sprint has the best deal around! Am definitely pleased with my switch!

The Sprint store in Commerce, Ga is the BEST!! I wouldnt go anywhere else to get a new phone or to get help with my phone issues! I always ask for Carissa. She is AWESOME!
