The customer service here is horrid! Picked up order for our office, no one was giving any warm fuzzies to say the least.. manager was less than friendly, couldnt find order, everyone seemed to want to avoid speaking to the manager. Have heard from others in office that its frequently this way. Ive gone through drive through with some confused service but friendly. I dont need to start my day this way, how about a smile.. if you hate your job go get another. Whoever does the hiring needs to start over, other THs seem to be able to get it together. Will avoid whenever possible moving forward, too bad as our office waited FOREVER for a THs to come out this way.

Service is mediocre, donuts stale. One time I tried to buy more than 1 dozen donuts from them out of convenience (not taste or particularly fond of them), they acted so shocked and taken aback you would have thought I asked them to make them out of kittens. When I got the donuts they looked pretty old and tasted old. They told me they could not possibly sell me more tham 1 dozen. I thought they were a donut shop! I would not bother going here as its kind of inconvenient unless you are going towards Saline, the coffee and donuts are terrible. Service is meh, but its a take away joint so thats to be expected.

Absolutely horrible experience this morning. Dont have two different people working the drive thru talking over one another. Then the girl flips out on me and wants to argue about my drink size at the window. I go here because theyre usually pretty quick and by my work. Although in the past they have messed up my orders. No big deal but this morning definitely was a horrible experience.

Everything there is good, except their donuts taste horrible!! I didnt wanna be too quick to judge so Ive gone back a couple times and I cant even describe the taste! No matter what flavor of donut it is, they all have this odd chemical taste to it. 5 stars for everything else, but terrible donuts for some reason.

Prices have went up but I was kind of sort of ok with it since the service in the drive thru was super quick. But the past 2 times I went through the drive through my order was wrong...as you can tell from my picture of "assorted" Tim Bits. I will be stopping somewhere else for my coffee and morning edibles.

Customer service really doesnt mean anything when The coffee always tastes like it is burnt or really really old. Sometimes me and my wife cant even drink it so we have to throw it away its that bad! I live so close to this location which makes it really disappointing

The first time I went there I ordered an English muffin and a coffee. They didnt toast the muffin! It was stone cold. The next time I went they gave me the wrong coffee and today was the final straw with them giving me a cold coffee. Three strikes, youre out.

Food is quick and orders are completed accurately. Drive through is always busy but inside usually doesnt have a wait. Location is at a roundabout on State Street which is really busy, be careful driving around there.

I asked for an everything bagel with cream cheese, chocolate chip muffin and an ice coffee. I got...a bagel barley toasted taking a bath in butter and a mixed fruit muffin. What a sad morning for breakfast hopes.

Prices have gone up, quality and portions have gone down for Tims as a whole. Cant get a cup of coffee at this location without it leaking all over my car before I even have a chance to drink it or set it down.

One of the fastest Tim Hortons around! Be careful of the round about, though. Can be kind of a tricky exit and entrance, especially in the morning. If you are brave enough to navigate it, it is worth the trip.

I go to this location quite frequently. Usually in the early morning they only forget something small like putting a flavoring in my coffee but today they forgot to put egg in my bacon egg and cheese sandwich.

Service great! Very nice store, in very good location. Bad cake glazed donuts. Ick. Smell like bad water; texture very good; taste..funny; glaze runny & loose. Hot chocolate barely warm.
