I went in wanting to buy purple hair dye and bleach and the lady that was helping me was so nice! She was funny and just all around friendly. She told me what I needed and what I had to do. She also said that they are hiring and if I was looking for something I should fill out an application. So I thought that was pretty sweet too. All around very nice friendly workers and great products. Everything you need is in that store.

went in there today, and they could not have been nicer! I completely disagree with the other negative reviews because they went out of their way to help me with what I was looking for. I had asked about a quiet blow dryer but then went on to look at other things and when I came up to the counter , one of the ladies had a blow dryer out of the box and plugged in for me to try out.

Great products and sales, horrible horrible customer service. The "manager" is very unfriendly, and everytime I call they obviously feel that you are unimportant. They blame it on being very busy, but Ive never been in there when another person was shopping... so I dont see the busy aspect.
