I will NEVER come back there again. The owner is a young guy who treats people like absolute crap. He has a lot of dumba$$ rules about returns,refunds and exchanges.And they barely know anything about the things they sale. Today was the last straw. I refuse to let a arrogant guy like that get another dime from me.He gives the total opposite of customer service. They dont offer to help you with anything and anytime I have been acknowledged is if I come to the counter asking for help(which is always a waste of time), say hi to them first or if Im pulling money out of my pocket. Before today I was a regular customer. Many times I would see this young guy talk down to the customers. Even the elderly! I just assumed maybe he just had mean customers... but its him! He is a piece of crap and he treats everyone the same. Ill be sure to take my business elsewhere and make sure my friends do the same.

Beauty Spot has a pretty decent selection of weaving and bulk hair, but im really dissatisfied by their customer service and business policies. They close early all the time and are rude to paying customers. If youre in a bind, give it a shot, otherwise, take your business somewhere where youre valued as a customer. Definitely will not be going back there again.

Ive been here quite a few times to pick up wig styling supplies, for costume making. The workers were always polite, and very helpful. They have a nice selection of hair for weaving, and of course wigs. Their prices for supplies such as clips, wig caps, etc are very affordable. Ill be back there again soon.

I dont even want to give them one star. I showed up to the store 10 minutes before closing and the lady that was running the store let some customers out and wouldnt let me in.
