Wait times at this Walgreens are horrible. You cant even get anyone on the phone, I had been on hold for 28 minutes to ask the pharmacist a question about my daughters medication. I had not even been able to speak to anyone,it just put me on hold. I then called the store to ask if anyone was even back there. I told the women who answered that how long I had been on hold and was wondering if the phones were working or if there were just really busy. The attendant responded that the pharmacist and another anttendent were there, so I asked if there was a lot of people back there, she responds with "I cant see" so I asked if there was a lot of people in the store she responds no. She then says Ill transfer you and I asked what if no one answers and she says "call back," and then transfers me. I have been written this review while still sitting on hold. coustomer service is clearly not a priority here and I will be taking future business to a place that values my time.

They keep me waiting for over 3 hours for a prescription they said was not covered by my insurance, come to find out is was, THEN refused to give my prescription back! Do yourself a favor and go to Meijers instead!!
