Was completely aggravated when I drop off my script and they couldnt be bothered to do there jobs. Waited 35 mins to just be told they have to call the insurance Monday morning first thing. Waited for a phone call Monday morning and when I finally called them I was talked to very rude and put on hold. After all was said An done they didnt want to do there jobs, never filled anything and were very rude and I will never in my life shop at rite Aid again. I will definitely be glad once this one is closed. Maybe they need to train there staff better on insurance, customer skills, phone answering skills, or just close that store completely!! Horrible.

I absolutely love the customer service with these employees of the Allen Park store, they go over and beyond to help you, they not only treat each other as family, but they treat myself and children as family, they are knowledgeable, kind, respectful and courteous. They make the best team of any group of employees ive ever come across, hats off to ron, angie, veronica, laura, dave, colby and the one young lady whom name escapes me. You are the best. keep up the good work, from your loyal customers Gale and Darius :-)

They can be busy but the people I have delt with have been very nice and helpful. When I go to get my medication they already know who I am. When I go to print off pictures I have no issues when it comes to the coupons and they have even let me know that there were coupons when I forgot to check. They also have no issues with having to go search to see if there is a product I need if I call in advance. They are my favorite place to go to.

This place is crap. If you come at any time around 5 expect to be in line a while because they never have more than one person working the register. They hire the most unprofessional people. The only people who work the front registers that Ive come across, are middle aged, moody women that act like they hate the world.
