The retail customer service is great, there are probably 2 clerks that I remember by face and every time they are pleasant and great me with a big Hello and smile when I reach the door. However my 1 star is in reference to the Pharmacy, each time I come to pick up a script or need to call in the pharmacy reps are not happy to assist, and speak with a passive aggressive tone or an attitude. Ill be taking all of my monthly prescriptions elsewhere to be filled. Hopefully I can find a pharmacy that is customer-centric and are eager to help especially when the meds are $700 each refill.

The employees here are just amazing!! They ask you if you need help finding anything and they say hi right when you come tru the door. They know exactly what they are doing and Martha was so friendly and helpful and all my questions. Ive been around the country and I usually use CVS for my pharmacy needs and so far, this CVS is the best one I had been. Also the place is real clean and everything is completely organized and neat, I recommend it with more than 5 star!!

I go to this CVS all the time! Ive also used their pharmacy for myself and family for over 5 years. The store always has what I need when I need it, and the pharmacy is great. The only thing I recommend doing when youre refilling a prescription, is to get it filled a few days before it runs out! I always wait until the last minute and theyll end up not having my medication in stock. Theyll have to order it which can take a day or two (depending on the day.)

Girlfriend put in script becuz her back was super messed up told her itd be couple hours.. Couple hours later i call they proceed to tell me pharmacy is closed and they can transfer all but one script which is pointless, so all in all this pharmacy sucks

They need WiFi set up for public use in store. I asked lady. She said dont know and need password.. Sorry.... I said well you need get set up for public use... Ughhhh
