I went to this store 2 weeks ago because I wanted to investigate the best way to upgrade from an iPhone 5 to a 6s. The man in charge (didnt catch his name) told me hed give me $200 for my old phone when I upgraded to the 6s. I specified the type of phone, capacity, etc. at the time-- 16MG iPhone 5, and pointed out that ATT would only give me $70 for it. It was a deal breaker. I bought my phone with him because of his promise to give me $200 for my old phone.. I tried to transact that when I bought the phone on 25 September but Cloud was down so he told me to come back within a week. Went in today (2 Oct) and he said hed only give me $70 for my phone. I argued that he had promised me $200 for it. He broke our verbal contract and denied me the money he promised me. If he had been straight with me I would have just purchased at the Apple Store at Solomon Pond. Really, really furious and will NEVER shop there again. I recommend you do the same. This is unethical business practice.

I have had fantastic service every time I have visited this store. I recently had multiple phone issues, some of which needed to be resolved by Apple themselves, and some of which could be helped by the staff. They were extremely patient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. For a small retailer with lots of area competition, I appreciated the service and willingness to understand the big picture. They also helped me find some valuable discounts for my bill and ways to save $ on it that other retailers did not take the time to do. Highly recommend!

The store manager served me and he was excellent. I told him what I wanted and he led me to the perfect phone. He didnt pressure or try to up-sell me in any way and I really appreciated that. He was patient in explaining how the phone worked and answered all of my questions.

I wasnt able to buy an apple phone even at retail price . if you want to buy one ,like a Samsung or other phone, you have to pay in cash. They are really suspicious of fraud.
