Absolutely terrible. Not only is the Sprint cell phone service horrendous, we tricked multiple times at this store by the employees. They had a deal going on for HK speakers for $10. Too good to be true right? Thats what we thought, so we kept asking, "these are really only $10? Just a one time cost of $10"? Sure enough we were told yes, so we purchased 5 of them and paid onsite $50 for them. On our next bill we were charged another $50 for them. When we asked why were told that they cost $10 a month per speaker for a year...... They clearly failed to mention that part at the store. We also went for the buy one get one iPhone 7 deal, which they tried screwing us on too, and it took many phone calls and subsequent visits to the store to resolve; but I am still doubtful its fully resolved... Switching to Sprint is one of the worst decisions I have ever made!

The worst customer service in the world!!!!!! I was told that there was a special promotion and i would get a free case and tile for buying my iphone that day but when I checked my bill online, there was a monthly charge for the case and tile. I called the store and both of the sales children i dealt with were rude and one even hung up on me. They also said since i didnt return the case or tile within the 14 days there was nothing I could do. Taj tricked me into getting himself extra sales for the day, and now I am stuck with an monthly bill for something I would not buy in the first place. Beware of these guys and dont go to this store.

Walking into this store resulted in one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Employees were overheard taking personal calls while customers waited in line, and were incredibly rude in general. Information we were given was conflicting between all 3 employees we were shuffled between, and ultimately we were told they couldnt resolve our issue (which was a WELL known manufacturers defect) without charging a $200 deductible. Mind you, Sprint customer service over the phone readily resolved our issue. Please save yourselves the 1.5 hour headache and call customer service phone line instead!

Trash.... Simply trash. The manager only cares about his pockets and not customer service, he has a rude ego.. they told me I had to get Insurance when simply I dont have to get insurance, they were just keeping up with their sale goals. I could go on forever I would give this place less than a star

Save yourself time, money and frustration by going somewhere else. Employees give multiple conflicting answers to the same question. Gave me incorrect specifications for my phone, which has left me with a much worse camera than they advertised. Terrible store.

Amber and Tahj provided amazing service fixed the phone issue I had and walked me to my car with an umbrella in the rain. The manager is pretty awesome too, Bummer!

I walked in the door, they were busy and rude. Wanted me to make an appointment after i drove 2 hours to get my daughters phone fixed. Yup. No sprint repair shops.
