Absolute horrible customer service!! Were do I even begin?! Ill start off with the fact that there was only one employee working. I had to wait 3 hours to upgrade my phone. Right before it was my turn ( Mind you there was still one guy in front of me) the store employee said that he had to go out to his car really quick. he left the customer that he was helping and went out to his car for about 5 minutes. When he returned he finished helping the customer in front of me with no problems. It became my turn. Thats when the poop hit the fan so to speak. Maybe about 5 minutes into my transaction he started to nod off!!!! I couldnt believe my eyes!! I had to wake him up a total of 10 times I kid you not so that he could finish my transaction. if it wasnt for the fact that I had already waited 2 hours and he had my phone in his hand I would of walked out never to return. That was an experience that I wish on no one. Needless to say I will never ever be returning to this sprint store. I will drive a half hour to the next nearest sprint store. They almost lost a lifetime customer yesterday. Stay away from this store if you can help it!!!

Horrible and rude staff. I walked in and as soon as I got in the door, a rude lady yells from across the store to see if I needed anything. Meanwhile there is a family in the store being helped at the front desk. I proceeded to give her a chance to help me and she continued her arrogance as I asked her a few questions about the iPhone6. Meanwhile, while she is supposed to be helping me, she is ignoring me (the customer) and texting on her phone and laughing with her coworkers. At the end of the day its not a big deal, there are plenty other Sprint shops in the area. I was planning on purchasing a phone that day at the full $800 cost but I will not give my business to a shop that provides poor customer service. I can say that I will never go back to this store.

Horrible service. Worst sprint I have ever been to. The employees are rude and they locked me out of my phone because of something they triggered when I was simply having an internet connection error. When I went to leave a weird message popped on my phone about a "Two Factor Authenication Code" and when I asked about it they said "Dont worry about it, it will go away soon. Just keep hitting cancel." Thanks to them I am out of a phone for at least a week according to Apple. When I tried to speak with sprint about this they were very rude and said they didnt do it and it had nothing to do with them and they hung up on me. They dont even deserve one star for a rating.

Outstanding manager Gerard and your staff. My HTC one phone needed to be replaced for malfunction. I watched staff and manager be on the phone with main # on Sprint for 3 hours to request a new HTC phone for me. They would only give me a LG replacement phone. I was upset with Sprint for not giving me same phone or another HTC phone. This was no fault of my own. Thank you Gerard
