Ive been to the Sprint store in Leominster and had an excellent experience. Their customer service was top notch. I wish I could say the same for Marlborough. The associates acted like I was an inconvenience to them. I had chatted online with a Sprint rep who told me I could come to the store to have my phone repaired. The associates acted like I was an idiot for thinking I could have my phone repaired there, saying "MOST people go through the manufacturer, not us". They told me they could fix my phone, but were basically trying to talk me out of it because they didnt feel like doing it. Terrible. I will never visit this store again.

As i was at the sprint store today i met these two fine young men named Enco and Aaron. They were very helpful and explained everything in fine detail to my sister and myself . We had a few laughs and i enjoyed spending a little bit of my day with them :) they`re two fabulous young men and should get raises !!!

Horrible , Inexperienced manager. THEY NEVER EVER answer their phones. They guy who says he is the manager has no clue how to help people.
