As Starbucks go, a couple of things were less than satisfactory. The tall Sumatra I ordered was not as hot (temperature) as expected. I asked for a charger ring for the powermat on my table and the response was simply "they were all stolen." Unless it just happened in the last few days, Im not sure thats a complete and acceptable response from a Starbucks. Finally, two of the three milk/cream pitchers were unmarked, making it impossible to know which contained the half and half.

This is a great Starbucks. I go out of my way to get my coffee here because I feel it comes out better at than some other Starbucks! Staff are nice, have witnessed a few issues with other customers but theyre always quick to do all they can to make it right. The manager is super sweet and soft spoken. Good amount of seating here, too.

I was here 3 or 4 times. Great location and great place. I had a tea here, the name of the tea is some magic. Taste is good, but the person who make it, messed up with teabags, so one of teabegs was broken and can you imagine how convinient it to drink tea with leaves from teabag inside the cup? Other than that the service is good!

Starbucks refuses to hire an appropriate number of employees to meet demand. This is part of their corporate strategy. They expect each of their customers to have a 4 - 10 minute wait for a simple ice coffee. They could easily hire enough people to keep their service quality reasonable. They choose not to.

Good atmosphere and friendly staff in general. Ive had some issues though, some of the staff always have a frowned face and act like theyre doing you a favor by selling you a coffee. I dont feel appreciated as a customer!

I ordered a Starbucks Doubleshot and the barista completely boshed it up. She didnt shake it correctly and poured way too much milk in it. In general, I have found it to be a hit or miss experience with a SD.

Very understaffed for the time of morning. One person making drinks, and she had four "app orders" she was working on plus my order and the line behind me.

Often takes me 10 minutes of waiting to get a medium unsweetened iced coffee. In most cases there are more staff than customers and issue still persists
